Some FAQ's.
1- Loan Phone availability:
We have recetly acquired more than a pool of 600 loan phones. We are trying to cater for the growing demand of the dependability on mobile phone and laptops.
2- Do I need to make a booking?
You only need to call if you have an enquiry that may affect you leaving a phone in for repair, such as backing up data or if you believe that the fault can be fixed over the phone.
3- How much does it cost to fix a phone/laptop?
In most cases we can provide an estimate on repair charges. Since there are hundreds of mobile phones/laptop out there, it is very difficult to quote accurately in many cases. That is why we provide a FREE assessment onsite in our workshop.
4- Will i lose my data?
Data is usually retained and well secured in the memory (ROM) of the unit. If there has been physical damage and or liquid ingression, this is usually a cosmetic issue and data may still be accessible. In some instances data may be lost during the repair process and this is not intentional. In most cases we are able to retrieve data through a few differrent methods. If a software upgrade or software reset is performed, there is still a chance to back up data prior. During the repair process, if all else fails and the unit cannot be repaired, we may be able to back up data onto a memory card, another phone or CD. |

| 2. DATA BACKUP |
We can provide a back up data service for most PC's and mobile phones. Even if a laptop or mobile phone have been physically damaged, in most cases we can still backup , repair and restore data.
If a unit cannot be repaired we can still back up data on an external drive, CD or another storage device.
We understand that customer information is important so we have trained experts to cater for most makes such as, Sony Ericsson, Motorola, Nokia, LG, Samsung, Blackberry, HTC, Toshiba, Dell, Asus, HP, Sony and many more. |

If you have any high level technical questions & enquiries about a new model of phone or a repair feel free to call anytime. Our customer service team have years of experience, and this includes software related issues also.
Most mobile phone resellers are experts on sales and product knowledge. We at Sydney Cellular are specialised in repairs and have 15 years experience on all facets of mobile phone repairs, and recently in laptops also. |

| The mobile phone repair industry has neglected and ignored its customers. We at Sydney Cellular know that our customers needs are important and we have made this our our main priority. We have recently aquired a pool of 600 loan phones. We are hoping that all customers utilise this service, enjoy the experience, and revisit us for any future mobile phone or laptop issues. |

| 5. SAME DAY SERVICE |
It is with great pleasure to be able to offer an unsurpassed new style of service. We can repair most phones on the same day and mostly within 1 hour. This also depends on parts availability. However, we genuinely try to ensure that all customers walk out with a working phone, whether it is their own or a phone supplied by Sydney Cellular. |
