UNDER WARRANTY? We got you covered....

In order to process a warranty repair efficiently please verify the following:

* Correct proof of purchase. This must be a printed receipt or even sometimes the phone contract can be used.
This can be obtained from the network service provider e.g. Telstra, Vodaphone, and Optus etc. The proof
of purchase must have the imei (15 digits); make and model, date of purchase and all must be on letterhead with the ABN.
* Warranty is usually one year on handsets and from 3, 6 and 12 months on accessories.
* Always check for any physical damage to LCD, housing or any other part of phone or accessory., as this voids all warranties.

NOTE: Always back up data as there is a chance data can be lost during the repair process. Sydney Mobile phone repairs can offer a back up of data service. Please contact us for further advice.
